Wilson
Jessica Wilson brings a unique blend of financial expertise and a passion for positive change to the world of sustainability. With an honours degree in Finance with Accounting from the University of Cape Town and successful completion of all three levels of the CFA exams, Jessica's roots are deeply embedded in financial acumen. Her career initially kicked off in M&A and financial education, but her heart was always set on making a real impact in communities.
As a South African, Jessica recognised the significance of community and the environment, aiming to use her financial skills to make a difference. This led her to Imperial College London, where she pursued an MSc in Climate Change, Management, and Finance, earning a spot on the Dean's List for Academic Excellence.
Jessica's professional journey is marked by hands-on experience in impact management and measurement, focusing on social and environmental impact assessment, reporting, and strategy. Beyond her corporate achievements, she actively engages with the community, incorporating it into every aspect of her work, and constantly seeks ways to give back to her roots to make a meaningful impact.
Jessica firmly believes in the power of individuals and organisations to drive positive change. She's dedicated to bringing together financial expertise and her passion for community to create a brighter, more sustainable future.

David Nell, is a cornerstone of our operational and management expertise. With a decade of experience across management, operations, and strategy, David plays a pivotal role in driving our mission.
Growing up in South Africa, David witnessed the significance of community and positive change early in life, which ignited his passion for sustainability. His academic foundation, including a Bachelor's degree in Investments and Financial Management from Stellenbosch University, has been instrumental in equipping him with the analytical and strategic skills essential to OnEarth's success.
David's career journey has been marked by a series of leadership roles, where he managed teams, streamlined operations, and established global partnerships. His ability to optimize processes and lead multifaceted teams has consistently delivered efficiency and growth.
Drawn to OnEarth's values of excellence, innovation, and global collaboration, David sees this as the perfect platform to merge his operational acumen with his sustainability passion.
